The refund request must be made within the 14-day window.​

The software instance must not have been used for purposes that violate the terms of service or licensing agreement.
3. Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the request.

The refund amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
4. Annual Subscription and Renewals:

Subscriptions are billed annually. Customers will be notified in advance of their subscription renewal date.

Renewal rates are subject to change, and customers will be informed of any price hikes prior to renewal.
5. Cancellation Policy:

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellations made after the 14-day refund window will not be eligible for a refund.

The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle following a cancellation.
